Make Homies ("we," "us," "our") operates makehomies.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect. When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase, we collect information you provide, such as your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number ("Order Information"). We also automatically collect information about your device when you use the Site — browser, IP address, time zone, and similar — using cookies and log files ("Device Information").

How we use your information. We use Order Information to fulfill orders, communicate with you, screen for fraud, and — if you've opted in — send you marketing about new products and promotions. We use Device Information to help screen for fraud and to improve the Site.

Sharing your information. We share Order Information with third parties who help us run our business: Shopify, which powers our store (shopify.com/legal/privacy); our payment processors, to process transactions securely; and our shipping carriers, to deliver your order. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). To exercise these rights, email makehomiessupport@gmail.com.

Data retention. We keep your Order Information for our records unless you ask us to delete it.

Children's privacy. The Site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
