Refund Policy

We want you stoked on your order. If something's not exactly how you want it, we'll make it right.

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with tags still attached.

To start a return, email us at makehomiessupport@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you that it's been received. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return shipping: You'll be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item you received was damaged, defective, or not what you ordered — in that case, return shipping is on us.

Exchanges: The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Sale items: Sale items are eligible for return under this same policy unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase.
