By using makehomies.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Orders and payment. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price you're charged is the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other providers shown at checkout — we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns. See our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which are part of these Terms.

Product descriptions. We try to keep product descriptions, photos, and pricing accurate, but don't guarantee they're error-free. If we find an error in the price or description of something you've ordered, we'll contact you before shipping.

Intellectual property. All content on the Site — including the Make Homies name, logo, product designs, photography, and text — belongs to Make Homies or its licensors and can't be used or reproduced without our written permission.

User conduct. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the Site's operation.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Make Homies isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.
